Bridgework
A bridge replaces a missing tooth or teeth using using teeth, either side of the gap or on one side of the gap to hold a new tooth.Bridges may be either:
- fixed (by placing a crown or an adjacent tooth/teeth to which a false crown is attached)
- Bonded. If suitable requires little or no drilling. A new tooth is bonded to teeth or one tooth beside the gap using the latest bonding technology. Minimum chairside time – very cost effective.
With advances in porcelain technology bridges can now be made metal free which means beautiful natural results.
